TRADITIONS AT NEWTON'S
LANDING in Delanco, New Jersey,
is an active adult community of 264 homes adjacent to the Rancocas Creek. It is situated on land which was once the Russ Farm. The 95-acre Russ Farm was part of a 430-acre tract of farmland acquired by Samuel Newton (1725-1810) in 1765.

While much of this Web site is public,
significant portions of it are available
only to to the homeowners/residents of
Traditions at Newton's Landing. You

must register before you can navigate the private sections. Registration is easy.
