Newton’s Landing has a friendly, village-like feel yet offers a wide variety of amenities to promote an active, healthy lifestyle for senior adults. Activities and clubs offer opportunities to connect with friends, discover new skills, and take part in favorite pastimes and events.. Our Social and Travel Committees run events for residents throughout the year.

The community is situated on land which was once the 95-acre Russ Farm, part of a 430-acre tract of rich farmland acquired by Samuel Newton in 1765.

Newton’s Landing offers easy access from the trail behind the Clubhouse to 10 miles of walking and biking trails from Pennington Park to Amico Park.
